Photography

My name is Kodi Hays and I am a 20 year old photographer at the college level. I am getting my B.F.A in studio art with two emphasises in Photography and Electronic Art.

 

I work as a photojournalist for the Rocky Mountain Collegian, and as a Gallery Assistant for the Lory Student Center galleries on the Colorado State University campus.

I've participated and won medals in many competitions and have received recognition for my work. I won a gold key in Scholastics Art and Writing awards at a national level and stood on stage at Carnegie Hall,​ won the creativity and citizenship award, was one of 63 students in the nation selected for the Marie Walsh Sharpe Summer seminar program, and have shown my work in local galleries and shops including the Loveland museum and the Denver art museum.
I hope to advance in my artwork even more as I go through life.
